Our teams are flexible and work collaboratively across the globe. We are an agile shop, constantly making sure the process works for us. We are almost exclusively cloud-based in AWS and use Java, Python and C++ as our core programming languages. We value giving small cross-functional teams high levels of autonomy and accountability.
